PPBM RULES AND REGULATIONS
Rent Payment
Rent is due on the 1st, and considered late on the 6th.
There are three payment options:
1. Drop off payment at manager's office: Please make your checks payable to "Pacific Palisades Bowl Mobile Estates". Remember to reference your Name and Space # on all rent payments and correspondance.
​2. Online Payment: Visit VMAPM.COM and select "Pay Online". You will need to create a new account. Please provide management with your email to receive your account number.
3. Autopay: Please speak with your property manager for more information​
Park Utility Providers
Water, Gas, Sewer: handled and billed through the park (charges will show up on your monthly rent statement)
TV/Internet: Spectrum - billed through park ($45 per month). Residents need to contact Spectrum Bulk Service to set up: 833-697-7328
Electricity: DWP - residents' responsibility to set up and pay (https://www.ladwp.com/)
Parking Passes | Guest Parking
Each unit should have two guest parking passes. If you don't, please contact management.
In addition, management can issue one-day temporary passes upon request and based on availability. Please remember, guest parking is for guests only, and not residents
